Constructed using high-stretch FX:Lite external panels and NAECO FSC® & PEFC® certified natural rubber foam, the EVO Hikers provide flexibility where freedom of movement is essential while limiting unwanted stretch in critical support areas. GUL's RevOfit 3D Pattern Technology creates an articulated fit that follows the body's natural movements, allowing sailors to manoeuvre comfortably around the dinghy and maintain effective hiking positions.

At the heart of the design is GUL's exclusive V-Hold Stable Hiking System, combining integrated fibreglass hiking battens with a durable 3mm Flextex reinforced seat panel. This construction helps support the sailor during extended periods of hiking, maintaining a more stable position and reducing fatigue when working hard to keep the boat flat. Removable Hex Flex Pad Risers allow the hiking support to be adjusted, while Powertex4 abrasion-resistant knee pads provide additional durability in areas exposed to frequent contact with the boat.

For warmth and comfort, the Code Zero EVO Hikers feature a Thermospan thermal lining alongside a targeted Graphene X Boltdry+ kidney panel.
