Please read these terms carefully before placing your order and retain a copy for future reference.

1. About Us

These terms apply to all goods supplied by Coast Water Sports ("the Supplier").

2. Contract Formation

2.1 A contract between you and the Supplier is formed when we accept your order.

2.2 Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including (but not limited to): product unavailability, pricing errors or payment issues.

2.3 If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

2.4 These terms apply to all future transactions unless updated.

3. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

3.1 Product prices are displayed in the currency relevant to the website you are using:

• GBP (£) – United Kingdom (.co.uk)
• EUR (€) – European Union sites (.de, .fr, .es, .it)
• USD ($) – International sites (.com, .ru)

3.2 All prices are derived from our base GBP pricing and may be converted into other currencies using current exchange rates. Prices shown in non-GBP currencies may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations and rounding.

3.3 For orders delivered within the EU and USA, prices include applicable duties and taxes. There are no additional charges to pay on delivery unless stated otherwise.

3.4 For orders delivered outside the UK, EU and USA, prices do not include duties and taxes. These may be payable upon import and are the responsibility of the customer.

3.5 Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

4.2 Orders will not be dispatched until cleared funds are received.

4.3 We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment is not successfully completed.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery options, costs and estimated times are shown at checkout.

5.2 Deliveries may require a signature on arrival.

5.3 Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5.4 If delivery is refused or not accepted, we may deduct any costs incurred, including shipping, return costs, duties, taxes and administration fees, from any refund due.

5.5 We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

5.6 Loss, shortages and damaged items:
You must notify us within 14 days if your order has not arrived, or within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or missing items. Claims reported outside these timeframes may not be accepted.

6. Duties & Taxes

6.1 For orders delivered within the EU and USA, prices include applicable duties and taxes. No additional charges are payable on delivery unless stated otherwise.

6.2 For orders delivered outside the UK, EU and USA, goods are shipped without duties and taxes included. These may be payable upon import.

6.3 Any import duties, taxes or fees outside these regions are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns & Cancellation

7.1 You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

7.2 Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition.

7.3 You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless stated otherwise.

7.4 You remain responsible for returned goods until they are received by us. We recommend using a tracked service.

7.5 International returns must be clearly marked as: “Returned Goods of UK Origin” Failure to do so may result in additional charges which we cannot reimburse.

7.6 If you cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, you are entitled to a refund of the item cost and standard delivery charge.

7.7 If you return goods after 14 days (but within 30 days), only the item cost will be refunded.

8. Refunds

8.1 Returns are processed within up to 10 working days after being received and inspected.

8.2 Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

8.3 Please allow a further 3–5 working days for funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

8.4 We reserve the right to apply deductions where items are returned outside the returns window or not in original condition.

9. Warranty

9.1 All goods are covered by a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated.

9.2 This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage or unauthorised repairs.

9.3 Faulty items should be reported as soon as possible.

9.4 Returns for inspection or repair are at the customer’s cost unless the item is confirmed faulty.

9.5 UK Orders:
For goods delivered within the United Kingdom, warranty returns and re-delivery are handled free of charge where the claim is valid.

9.6 International Orders:
For goods delivered outside the United Kingdom, any item requiring inspection, repair or replacement under warranty must be returned to us in the UK at the customer’s cost.

9.7 Once a warranty claim has been assessed and approved, the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer is also the responsibility of the customer.

9.8 The customer is responsible for any customs charges, duties or taxes incurred when returning goods for warranty assessment.

9.9 Returned items should be clearly marked as “Warranty Return”. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred where this is not done.

9.10 The customer remains responsible for the goods until they are received by us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 We are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable consequence of a breach of these terms.

10.2 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

10.3 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Data Protection

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but cannot guarantee complete security unless due to our negligence.

12. Product Images

Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
