Harken 57mm T2™ Soft-Attach Ratchamatic® Block — 1.5x Grip is an ultra-lightweight, high-performance solution designed for sailors who need enhanced control in variable conditions. Combining Harken’s T2™ soft-attach design with Ratchamatic® load-sensing technology and Power3 1.5x grip, this block delivers efficient trimming with increased holding power when it matters most.

Under low loads, the block runs freely in both directions for minimal friction and fast line movement. As load increases, the ratchet engages automatically, providing 15:1 holding power without manual adjustment. This seamless transition makes it ideal for gusty conditions, mark roundings and dynamic sail handling.

The soft-attach system allows the block to be lashed or spliced through its load-bearing centre, reducing stress on the sideplates while acting as a built-in safety backup. The lightweight construction features fibre-reinforced composite sideplates and an aluminium sheave, delivering exceptional strength-to-weight performance with minimal moving parts.

Supplied with a Spectra® lashing line, this block can be positioned precisely to maintain optimal lead angles. Perfect for mainsheet and spinnaker systems on beachcats, dinghies and sportboats.
