Hyperlite MOAB Wakesurfer Board

The Hyperlite MOAB 2027 is Joey Harris' signature wakesurfer, created for riders looking for a fast, responsive surf-style board with plenty of drive, powerful aerial performance and a playful feel on the wave. Handcrafted with premium epoxy construction, an EPS Core and Wood Stringer, the MOAB combines lightweight performance with the strength required for hard, progressive wakesurfing.

A deep concave through the board helps generate speed and provides controlled drive across the wave, while reverse tail channels further increase acceleration and loosen the tail for agile manoeuvring. The result is a board that carries plenty of speed down the line while remaining lively and responsive when transitioning between turns.

The MOAB's large grab rail gives riders additional control when working on airs and technical tricks, while its skate-inspired character encourages a fast rail-to-rail riding style. A Machined EVA Corduroy traction pad with integrated kick tail provides dependable grip underfoot, helping riders stay connected to the board through aggressive turns, aerials and landings.

Hyperlite equips the MOAB with a custom four-fin arrangement consisting of two 4.5-inch carbon and fibreglass front fins and two smaller 1.7-inch drop fins. With an explosive feel, aggressive carving performance and an XLG wave recommendation, the Hyperlite MOAB is aimed squarely at experienced wakesurfers looking for speed, flow and progressive performance behind the boat.
