Silence before the storm? We don't think so. The Jobe Storm has a two person capacity, but 6 soft and grippy handles to make sure you can hold on tight while bumping over the waves. This towable  has an inner made of heavy duty 24G PVC and is fully covered in strong 420 denier nylon with a clean blue pattern.
