Breathable and built with a storm flap over the zip and a fluorescent roll away hood, rain and spray will never be a problem. It is comfortable too, lined with mesh and the collar is lined with fleece for added warmth, you can wear this as easily sailing as you can in the city. It's a style that performs everywhere.
