The RUK Sport Folding Kayak Carrier Roof Rack Double J Bars are designed to be mounted onto a vehicle's existing roof rack bars. They act as a cradle for your kayak to be held firmly in place. Using bars such as these whilst carrying kayaks on your car allows safer and more secure transport and makes it much easier to fit more than one kayak on your roof. 
The double J bar fits to most roof rack bars and is specifically designed to fit square roof rack bars and aero roof rack bars a like. With the fittings provided, this double J-bar is very easy to fit to your roof bars and requires no tools.
The double J-bar is designed to support a single kayak.
